Reduction Gearbox
The Kongsberg Maritime reduction gearboxes have proven their worth as reliable gearboxes for the fishing industry. They are available with a power take-in/power take-off (PTI/PTO) for shaft generators. Possibility for ‘get you home propulsion’ or as part of a ‘hybrid system’
The gearboxes are available in various sizes for engines from 2,000 kW to 18,000 kW and maximum torque from 90 to 1,350 kNm.
